The payment will be posted as "Spigo Inc." on your account statement. The payment takes place through an SSL-encrypted connection and will be approved by our electronic payment provider Authorize.net.
You purchase the service from Spigo.us, 405 Espanola Way, Ste. 302, Miami Beach, Fl 33139-8148. There will be a transaction fee included in the price.

Acceptance of subscription terms
By purchasing a subscription you assure that you are at least 18 years old and you accept that Spigo is allowed to charge the agreed amount periodically in accordance with the chosen product. When you buy a Gold Membership, we automatically renew it, unless you unsubscribe to this in the payment centre. With this subscription you don't have to worry about renewing your Gold Membership.

Cancellation of your subscription and contract period
You can at anytime cancel your subscription. If so, there will be no more money charged for the subscription. The cancellation of your subscription will not affect your remaining Gold Days, unless they are bonus days claimed through an offer. These days will be withdrawn. Please notice, that your subscription can not be cancelled within the first 4 hours after activation due to technical circumstances.

Cardholder's liability
The subscription is valid from the moment the first login to the profile has occurred. The cardholder is obligated to pay the full cost of the entire membership period and the following subscription payments, unless the subscription has been cancelled in the meantime (see rules above for cancellation).

Procedure for subscription payments
Subscriptions will be renewed approximately 8 hours before your membership expires. This is to guarantee that you keep your membership during the renewal. We will naturally add the remaining time on top of the new period. If you make use of a start up offer, you'll be charged the amount you are bound to pay (recurring payments) upon the expiration of your start up period. In the first subscription payment a small amount of one currency unit is reserved on your card in order to verify the entered card details. This amount is not charged, but reserved only for a short period.

Cancellation rights
Your subscription purchase is linked to a statutory right of cancellation within 14 days. You can cancel, if you DON'T make use of your subscription within the first 14 days. You make use of your subscription the same moment you complete the purchase on www.spigo.us. If you wish to make use of the cancellation right, you must immediately log off after the purchase, not log on again and then contact customer service (mail@spigo.us) to inform us that you have regretted your purchase. Your cancellation rights only apply for the first payment, not for recurring subscription payments.

Procedure for renewing and deleting a card number
If your card is cancelled or expired because you have obtained a new one, or for other reasons, your payment will be unable to be completed and your subscription will be deactivated. If a payment doesn't succeed, you will be given the possibility to update your card details.

Contents of a Gold Membership
A Gold Membership gives access to a number of benefits that are otherwize unavailable. Spigo reserves the right to change the contents of a Gold Membership without prior notice, especially the variety of games that are only available to Gold Members. Such a change does not affect the subscription terms.
